　Before use, please install the【MyGuardian Care】APP (Currently not compatible with OPPO phones.)

(1)Download the MyGuardian Care app on the elderly person's phone ,and connect it to the XC-209 Safety Nurse via Bluetooth.。
(2) Friends and family members should also download the【MyGuardian Care】APP on their phones and pair it with the elderly person's app.

- When the elderly person feels unwell or needs assistance, they can press the emergency button themselves (press and hold for 3 seconds).The app on the friends' and family members' phones will receive a notification.
- Even if the elderly person falls and cannot press the emergency button themselves,【XC-209 Safety Nurse】will detect the accident immediately. Friends and family members will still receive a notification on their phones.

Note: Both the elderly and their children's phones must be turned on (running in the background) to send and receive emergency messages.

Troubleshooting

Q1. If the caregiver's phone has the Safety Nurse app running in the background, they may not receive SOS alerts.

A1. This issue commonly occurs on Android phones due to settings. Please refer to the following link: for troubleshooting instructions.

Q2. Do caregivers (family members, children) need to install the app on their phones?

A2. Yes, installing the app is necessary to receive SOS alerts and access features like Life Spirit and Health Spirit.

Q3. When setting up XC109 and XC209, the elderly person's phone cannot connect to the necklace device (tag).

A3. This could be due to two reasons:

Reason 1: The tag is already connected to another phone.
Solution: In the app, unlink the connected phone first, then reconnect it to the elderly person's phone.
Reason 2: The elderly person's phone hasn't granted permissions for location services.
Solution: Go to Settings on the elderly person's phone, find the Anzhao Little Nurse app under Applications, and grant permissions for location services to be always on.

Q4. A4. During registration of the XC109 and XC209 apps, an email confirmation is required. Check your email for a confirmation message and follow the instructions to complete registration before logging into the app.
