【Instructions for Use】  

1. Have seniors sit securely in a chair and place their feet on either side of the balance board. Move the ball along the snail-patterned path. This can also be used for group competitions, adding a unique sense of fun and achievement.

2. Alternatively, seniors can stand on either side of the balance board and use foot movements to guide the ball along the path.
