【Product Features】

This product functions as an emergency response notifier.
In the event of an emergency, simply press the emergency call button, and the main unit will automatically dial the pre-set phone numbers while sending out a voice message for help.
Once the recipient receives the voice message, they can immediately engage in two-way intercom communication and monitoring with the emergency site.
Users simply need to wear the portable call button. In the event of an emergency (such as a fall or feeling unwell), they can press different buttons to activate the following functions:
1. In-House Call Function:
When someone at home needs caregiving assistance, a gentle press on the call button will activate a pleasant call tone, alerting family members to immediately come and assist.
2. Phone Emergency Call Notification:
In the event of an emergency, pressing the emergency button will wirelessly trigger the alarm. The main unit will automatically dial the pre-set emergency phone number and send out a voice message requesting help.
3. Two-Way Intercom:
Once the recipient receives the voice message for help, they can engage in two-way intercom communication and monitoring with the person in distress, allowing for the quickest rescue action.

  1. The main unit and portable accessories use wireless digital signal transmission, eliminating the need for wiring. Installation is easy and operation is simple.
  2. By connecting a regular home telephone to the system's main unit (connection cable included), you can set the emergency phone numbers and record a help voice message.
  3. The main unit displays the set emergency phone numbers and plays the pre-recorded help voice message.
  4. It can store up to 5 emergency phone numbers, which can be set for family members, building managers, family doctors, neighbors, etc.
  5. A 20-second help voice message can be recorded.
  6. An optional backup battery can be added, allowing the system to maintain functionality for about 2 hours even during a power outage.
  7. You can choose between a local alarm (to notify nearby individuals) or a silent emergency notification.
  8. Each unit has a unique identification number to prevent interference from external sources.

Fixed Emergency Call Button

 Can be installed next to hallways, by the bedside, or in places frequently accessed by elderly family members. If they forget to carry the portable call button, they can press the nearby emergency call button.
Large Button Emergency Call Button
Must be used with the main unit.
 Specifically designed with a large button for individuals with Parkinson's or shaky hands, enabling them to notify relevant persons as quickly as possible during an emergency.
Bed Exit Detector
Must be used with the main unit.
 Place the bed exit detector flat on the bed in an appropriate position. If the user leaves or falls from the bed, the detector will immediately send a message to the main unit, which will emit a 10-second alarm for assistance.

Foot Mat Detector
Must be used with the main unit.
 If there is a dementia patient at home, there is often concern that they may leave the bed at night. Place the foot mat detector at the door; if they step on it and exit, it will immediately send a message to the main unit to sound the alarm, allowing for timely awareness and appropriate action.
