Basic Labor Fee

The basic fee for each service trip is 1200NT dollars. If the subtotal for the installation cost of the handrail is less than 1200NT dollars, please directly select and order the 'Basic Labor Fee.'
For example：
- If you need to install 1 unit of I-Shaped Handrail within 119cm, with a total cost of 600NT dollars, as it does not reach 1200 NT dollars, the 'Basic Labor Fee' of 1200 NT dollars will be charged.
- If you need to install 1 unit of 'I-Shaped Handrail within 119cm' and 1 unit of 'L-shaped handrail, with a total cost of 1500NT dollars, as it exceeds 1200NT dollars, a charge of 1500NT dollars will be applied.

Transportation Fee
(remote areas) | Quoted separately | Our current service area includes Taipei City and New Taipei City, focusing mainly on urban areas. Additional transportation fees will apply for remote areas. For more information, please inquire by phone. After a separate quotation, payment will be made directly to the construction personnel on site. |
Special Wall/
Floor Treatment Fee | Quoted separately | If the installation involves walls/floors with uneven surfaces or special materials (such as stone, slate, marble, polished quartz bricks, ceramic tiles, etc.), an additional handling fee will be charged. For more information, please inquire by phone. After a separate quotation, payment will be made directly to the construction personnel on site. |
| Cancellation Transportation Fee | 600NT dollars /Trip | If due to construction site conditions not permitting, customer cancellation at short notice, or other unforeseen circumstances, which prevent on-site installation work, a transportation fee of 600NT dollars will be charged. |
Reduction In Installation Quantity | If the total amount is less than 1200NT dollars, the basic labor fee still needs to be charged. | For example：
If you purchase 5 units of I-Shaped Handrail(up to119cm), but due to site conditions or customer cancellations, only 1 unit is actually installed, you can return the remaining 4 units to Leling Online. However, since the installation cost does not meet the minimum basic labor fee requirement, a basic labor fee of 1200NT dollars will be charged. |
Increase In Installation Quantity | Within 7 days, additional items are exempt from the basic labor fee. | For example：
If you purchase 3 units of I-Shaped Handrail(up to119cm) and additional demand for 1 more unit is recommended by the construction personnel on-site, if the customer adds this purchase from Leling Online within 7 days, the installation of the additional units will not be subject to the minimum basic labor fee threshold. |
