- Basic single-bed delivery and installation are free in most areas. Additional fees may apply for specific remote areas, please refer to the shipping fee table below.
- Delivery does not include upstairs delivery charges. For locations above the second floor without elevators, a handling fee of 200 NTD per floor (500 NTD per floor in Hualien/Taitung areas) will be added, on a cumulative basis. For example: 200 NTD (500 NTD in Hualien/Taitung areas) for delivery to the second floor, 400 NTD (1000 NTD in Hualien/Taitung areas) for delivery to the third floor. Deliveries are limited to a maximum of the fifth floor.
- This product does not provide hoisting and disassembly services. If special handling services are required, our company can arrange for a service provider at the buyer's expense.
- If the agreed delivery date cannot be met due to the buyer's personal reasons resulting in no one to receive the goods and the goods need to be returned, the transportation fee for the second delivery is 1500 NTD per bed, to be borne by the buyer. If assembly has already been completed, an additional packaging fee of 1000 NTD per bed will apply.

■ Return and Exchange Policy
The review period for online shopping is not equivalent to a trial period for appraisal. Physical retail outlets are not subject to the seven-day cooling-off period stipulated in consumer protection laws.
- Upon delivery of the goods to the buyer's residence, if the buyer or the authorized recipient agrees to sign for receipt, it is considered acceptance of the goods in their current condition, and the company assumes no responsibility for defects. If there are defects not visible to the naked eye, please notify the salesperson within seven days of delivery. Upon confirmation by our personnel that the damage is not due to human factors, we will replace the same item. Returns are not accepted, and transportation and installation are the responsibility of the company. Any notifications received after seven days will not be processed for returns or exchanges.
- After the goods are delivered to the buyer, except for cases where the goods do not match the model, or there are defects or abnormalities in the goods themselves, the buyer may not request returns or exchanges for any reason (determination of whether it is a defect or abnormality of the product itself will be made by company personnel).
- As mattresses are large items, delivery times may vary due to weather and traffic conditions. On the day of delivery, please keep your phone available and prioritize communication with the logistics driver. We apologize for any inconvenience if the delivery cannot be made within the estimated time frame.

- The following situations are considered normal phenomena and do not constitute defects in the goods. Therefore, the buyer may not claim for a refund or exchange:
- 1.Slight color variation under different lighting conditions or due to differences in screen resolution is normal and does not constitute a defect.
