Floor Delivery Fee:
In Hsinchu and Northern Areas: If there is no elevator, manual carrying is required. The fee is 100 TWD per floor. For example, carrying up to the second floor costs 100 TWD, and carrying up to the third floor costs 200 TWD, and so on. Please pay this fee directly to the delivery personnel.

In Miaoli and Southern Areas: If there is no elevator, we currently do not offer stair delivery service due to manpower limitations. We apologize for the inconvenience.
