KM-1510 Kang Yang 18-inch		 1200 1200 Three months  Please refer to the shipping cost table below.
The driver will directly collect the round-trip shipping fee during delivery (if the wheelchair is chosen for freight delivery, the store will directly collect the shipping fee for both trips).。
(Please keep the original packaging box. At the end of the rental period, pack the wheelchair in the box for the driver to retrieve; if the original box is lost, please prepare another box for packing.)


【輔具租賃-配送運費(單趟)】
  1. 若無電梯，須另加樓層搬運費：二樓 200元、三樓 300元、四樓 400元、五樓 500元，依此類推。
  2. 輪椅若選擇專車配送：僅1樓交付，無上樓送貨服務；配送時間: 星期一~五 早上10:00~下午4:00。
  3. 部分路途遙遠，物流服務無法支援包含山區之鄉鎮，會有山區加乘費用，視地址評估。
  4. 標示Ｘ者為不提供配送服務。
