This machine allows seniors to exercise comfortably at home, regardless of the weather or time constraints. It not only strengthens shoulder muscles but also increases the range of motion in the shoulder joints. The principle of "use it or lose it" applies here—consistent exercise and maintaining physical function are key to active aging for our senior friends.
