  • Do I need to pay for shipping on EZ66?
    1. Shipping to Taiwan’s main island and outlying islands (limited to Penghu, Kinmen, and Matsu) is delivered via courier/postal service with a shipping fee of NT$100. Orders over NT$1500 are eligible for free shipping.
    2. For overseas regions, please email us at service@ez66.com.twwith the products you wish to purchase and your delivery area. We will estimate the shipping cost and send you a payment request through PayPal.
  • How is the product shipped? How long will shipping take?
    1. Taiwan Region:
      Shipping Method1. Delivered via courier/postal service. If the product cannot be delivered after two attempts and we cannot reach the customer via phone or email within three days, the order will be canceled and refunded in full.
      2. Some products offer pick-up at 7-11 or FamilyMart stores (see the "Shipping Method" section on the product page). After placing the order and payment, shipping will proceed the next day, and delivery to the designated store takes about 3-5 business days.
      Delivery TimeOnce the order is confirmed and payment is completed, in-stock items will be delivered within 7 working days (excluding holidays) to the designated address in Taiwan (for pre-order or customized items, please refer to the webpage for delivery times). Deliveries are made Monday through Friday, and there are no deliveries on weekends or public holidays.
      Invoice DeliveryAn invoice will be included with the shipment from our platform. For products directly shipped by suppliers, the invoice will be sent separately from the product.
      Delivery CoverageDelivery is available to Taiwan's main island and outlying islands (limited to Penghu, Kinmen, and Matsu). For shipping to other regions (including overseas), additional shipping charges apply. Please contact us by phone or email for inquiries. Note: The delivery address cannot be a P.O. Box.

      Overseas Customs DutiesOverseas customs duties, such as import taxes, VAT, customs handling fees, and postage, may be imposed based on the laws and regulations of the destination country. These costs will be borne by the customer, who will be directly charged by the local postal service or courier company for these fees.

  • Return and Exchange Policy for Products
      The following explains our return and exchange policy:
    1. Customers purchasing online from EZ66 can enjoy a seven-day hesitation period from the date of receipt of the product, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act. After this period, returns and exchanges are no longer accepted. We appreciate your understanding.
    2. Please note that the hesitation period is not a trial period. Returned items must be in brand-new condition with complete packaging (including the main unit, accessories, inner and outer packaging, documentation, gifts, etc.), and the purchase invoice must be included. Please ensure no accessories are missing, and the original packaging is not damaged. If the product or packaging is damaged upon opening, we will charge a refurbishment fee based on the cost of restoring it to new condition. The refurbishment fee will vary based on the product or packaging price and the extent of the damage, and each case will be handled individually.
    3. Products related to copyrights (such as DVDs, software) and consumables (such as ink cartridges and toner cartridges) that have been opened cannot be returned or exchanged. Please decide whether to return the product before opening.
    4. Personal items (such as underwear) cannot be returned or exchanged due to hygiene concerns. Please choose carefully.If the product arrives with defects caused during shipping or defects inherent in the product itself, returns or exchanges can be made within seven days of receipt.
    5. For returns or exchanges, please first contact our customer service hotline at (02-2577-5025), where a representative will assist you. If the original packaging box is damaged or items are missing, we will not accept the return. Please use the same packaging material used by our company for shipping the product to return it, ensuring that no shipping labels or handwritten notes are placed on the original packaging.
