- Cash on Delivery (COD): Except for items that do not support COD (indicated in the "Payment Methods" section of the product page), you can pay in cash when the product is delivered. The handling fee for this payment method is absorbed by us, so customers are not required to pay any collection fees.

Note 1: Except for COD, all other payment methods must be completed before shipping. Regular products will be delivered within 7 working days after the order is placed and payment is completed (limited to Taiwan Mainland; special products like pre-orders or custom items will be shipped according to the product page).

Delivery Method 1. Products ordered will be delivered via courier or postal services. If delivery attempts are unsuccessful twice and we are unable to contact the customer via phone or email for more than three days, the order will be canceled and a full refund will be issued.
2. Some products offer pickup at 7-11 or FamilyMart convenience stores (see product page for "Delivery Method" details). After payment, items will be shipped the following day and will be delivered to the selected store within 3-5 business days.Delivery Time After confirming that the transaction details are correct and the product is in stock, regular products will be delivered to the designated address within 7 business days (excluding holidays) after order placement and payment completion (Taiwan Mainland only). Pre-ordered or custom products will be shipped according to the timelines stated on the product page.Deliveries occur Monday through Friday; weekend and national holidays are not included. Invoice Delivery For orders shipped directly by us, the invoice will be included with the product. For products shipped by the supplier, the invoice will be sent separately. - Consumers have the right to a 7-day cooling-off period starting from the date of delivery. After this period, returns or exchanges will not be accepted.
- The product must be in brand new condition with complete packaging (including the main product, accessories, packaging, random documents, and gifts). If the packaging is damaged or the product is used, a restoration fee may be charged based on the cost of repairs.
- Products related to copyrights (such as DVDs, software) and consumables (such as ink cartridges, toner cartridges) that have been unsealed cannot be returned or exchanged. Please decide whether to return the item before unsealing.
- Personal items (such as underwear) cannot be returned or exchanged due to hygiene considerations, so please choose carefully.
- If a product is damaged during shipping or has defects upon arrival, you may exchange or return it within seven days of receipt.
- For returns or exchanges, please contact our customer service hotline at (02-2577-5025), and a representative will assist you.We cannot accept returns if the original packaging is damaged or if parts of the product are missing. When returning an item, please use the same outer packaging that was used to send the product to you.
