There's no weight limit for our products. However, for optimal performance, we recommend a maximum weight of 150 kg.
Can I bring the cushion on an airplane?
Yes, EXGEL is a solid substance and can be taken on airplanes without any issues.
Can I use the cushion on a sofa or a chair with a curved surface?
Our cushions can be placed on stable surfaces. However, prolonged use on uneven surfaces may cause slight deformations due to the softer nature of the EXGEL series products.
What is the temperature resistance of EXGEL cushions?
Our cushions can be safely used within the temperature range of Taiwan's climate. However, exposure to temperatures below 80°C may cause hardening while exposure to higher temperatures may cause softening. Avoid placing the product in areas exceeding 80°C as it may deteriorate.

How to clean wheelchair cushions / armrest pads?
1.Cushion covers / armrest pads: After removing the cushion body, gently hand wash with diluted neutral detergent. If using a washing machine, place them in a laundry bag. Do not use bleach or fabric softener. Do not boil, iron, dry clean, or use a dryer.
2.Cushion body / armrest pad body: Wipe lightly with slightly soapy water or diluted neutral detergent if dirty. Do not soak the cushion body in water or wash it in a washing machine. Do not use a dryer. For disinfection, wipe with diluted disinfectant or alcohol spray.
