Steps:

1. Simultaneously press and "hold down" the two buttons for controlling the chair back on the controller (the second row of buttons from the top, left and right, as shown in the diagram below).
2. After pressing both buttons simultaneously, wait for a few seconds, and the program will start executing the reset. During this time, the buttons must still be "held down" and cannot be released.
3. Once the reset is complete, the indicator lights on the controller will "flash" a few times to indicate completion. After completion, you can release the buttons and begin using the chair.
