- 1.Fully loosen the laces on the instep, place your foot in, and adjust it to fit.
- 2.Secure the instep laces in place.
- 3.Adjust the length of the instep laces so that the lower Velcro is hidden.
- 4.Once the lower Velcro is concealed, secure the instep laces.
- 5.Similarly, adjust the laces at the ankle to hide the Velcro.
