Features Easy Installation with Hook-and-Loop Fasteners
The product is designed for universal use (suitable for both left and right sides). The EXGEL gel is located on the top and sides of the pad.
When installing, ensure that the side with the EXGEL gel is facing the body. Wrap the strap around the armrest and secure it with the hook-and-loop fastener.

EXGEL is made from a material that does not easily age. Over time, the surface of the cushion may show minor scratches or damage. However, with proper care, the cushion can be used for a long time.

How much weight can the cushion support?
There is no specific weight limit for the user of our product. However, for optimal performance, we recommend using it for users up to 150 kg.

Can I bring the cushion on an airplane?
Since EXGEL is a solid material, it can be safely brought on an airplane.

Can the cushion be placed on a sofa or a chair with a curved surface?
Our cushion can be placed on a stable surface. As long as you feel comfortable sitting on it, it’s suitable. EXGEL products are relatively soft, and long-term use on uneven surfaces might cause slight deformation.

What is the temperature tolerance of the EXGEL cushion?
The cushion can be safely used within the temperature range typical for Taiwan's climate. At very low temperatures, it may become harder, and at high temperatures, it may become softer. If exposed to temperatures exceeding 80°C, the product may degrade or get damaged.

How to clean the wheelchair series cushions and armrest pads?

1. Cushion / Armrest Pad Covers: After removing the cushion from the main body, gently hand wash with diluted neutral detergent. If using a washing machine, place it in a laundry net. Do not use bleach or fabric softeners. Do not boil, iron, dry clean, or use a dryer.
2. Cushion / Armrest Pad Main Body: For stains, use a slightly damp cloth with diluted neutral detergent to gently wipe. Do not submerge the cushion or wash it in a washing machine. Do not use a dryer. For disinfection, use diluted disinfectant or alcohol spray on a cloth and wipe the surface.
