The leading brand of meal kits, Lian Hsia Foods, in collaboration with the dietitian team from Mackay Memorial Hospital, has conducted joint research and development to create elderly-friendly foods. These foods are designed with a texture that can be easily crushed by the tongue and can be adjusted to different textures depending on the cooking method used.
  2. The first domestically developed room-temperature moldable soft meat texture adjustment material utilizes advanced technological equipment. It features a delicate and smooth texture with uniform consistency. It can be stored at room temperature, making it easy to carry and store.
  3. Each 100g contains 13.6g of protein.
  4. It can be cut into various sizes as needed and prepared using steaming, stewing, braising, baking, frying, or grilling methods to create a variety of delicious dishes.
