Warranty Service

1.Repair Warranty Information and Duration:
  1. For some products, the warranty period is one year from the date of shipment, during which free on-site repair service is provided. If a malfunction occurs within the warranty period, please contact our company or the manufacturer and present this warranty card for repair services.
  2. Please follow the safety instructions in the user manual to use the product safely as per the regulations.
  3. Changes in the purchaser's information do not affect the warranty rights. The warranty conditions are based on the shipment date stamp and the machine's serial number as shown on this card.
  4. Please keep the warranty certificate carefully. If lost, damaged, or missing the company or distributor stamp, the warranty period will be calculated from one month after the manufacturing date based on the machine's serial number.
  5. If this machine is a home-use product, commercial use is strictly prohibited. If needed for commercial use, please contact our company.

2.Conditions Not Covered Under Free Repair Warranty During the Warranty Period:
  1. Damage or malfunction caused by natural disasters such as fires, floods, earthquakes, typhoons, lightning strikes, or any force majeure or environmental factors beyond control.
  2. Damage or malfunction due to incorrect usage, improper repair, maintenance, or modifications performed by the user, or failure to follow the correct operating instructions as outlined in the user manual.
  3. Warranty does not apply in special environments that exceed the material's tolerance, such as extreme heat, high humidity, high dust, sulfur zones, chemical plants, coastal areas (high salt levels), or corrosive environments such as ships.
  4. Damage or malfunction caused by pests (cockroaches, ants, geckos, etc.) or rodent infestations.
  5. Damage or malfunction caused by incompatible power sources, overloading power strips with multiple electrical appliances, or external voltage surges from cable TV installation or security signal systems.
  6. Damage or malfunction resulting from relocation or transportation of the machine after installation.
  7. Use in commercial locations, factories, or public spaces (non-home use) is not covered.
  8. Consumable items such as batteries, belts, running belts, mats, water bottles, etc.
  9. Software or hardware version upgrades or updates are not covered.

3. Additional Notes:
  1. If the issue is determined by the manufacturer’s personnel not to be a product defect (including correct usage and operational guidance), a transportation fee and labor fee will be charged according to the company's rate sheet.
  2. For services performed after the warranty period, even if no parts are replaced, a service fee will be charged based on the company's rate sheet.
  3. The warranty covers Taiwan only, excluding offshore islands.
  4. During the warranty period, for product repairs, each party will bear the shipping costs for one-way transport. The customer is responsible for shipping the machine to the company’s designated repair location, and the company will cover the return shipping after repairs.

4. Warranty Service Validity and Updates
  1. The company reserves the right to make final changes, amendments, deletions, or updates to the warranty terms and conditions.
