By using the services listed below, you agree to exercise the rights granted by law through electronic documents, which shall have the same effect as written consent. To protect your rights, please read this agreement carefully before registering as a member or using the services provided by the Company. When you click the "Agree" button online, it indicates that you have registered as a member of the Company or agree to use any services provided by the Company, and you are deemed to have read and agreed to abide by all the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement.
1.Acknowledgment and Acceptance of Terms
EZ66 Life Enterprise Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") provides the services of Easy66 (http://www.ez66.com.tw) and other sub-websites of the Company based on this agreement. By using Easy66, you indicate that you have read, understood, and agree to accept all the contents of this agreement. The Company reserves the right to modify or change the contents of this agreement at any time. It is recommended that you regularly check for any such modifications or changes. If you continue to use Easy66 after any modifications or changes, it is deemed that you have read, understood, and agreed to accept these modifications or changes. If you do not agree to the contents of this agreement, or if your country or region excludes all or part of this agreement, you should immediately stop using Easy66.
If you are a minor under the age of 20, in addition to complying with the above provisions, you must have your parent(s) or guardian(s) read, understand, and agree to all the contents of this agreement and any subsequent modifications before using or continuing to use Easy66. By using or continuing to use Easy66, you indicate that your parent(s) or guardian(s) have read, understood, and agreed to accept all the contents of this agreement and any subsequent modifications.
2. User's Legal Obligations and Commitments
You agree not to use Easy66 for any illegal purposes or in any illegal manner and commit to comply with the relevant laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan) and international internet usage conventions. If you are a user outside of the Republic of China (Taiwan), you agree to abide by the laws of your country or region. You further agree and guarantee not to infringe upon the rights and interests of third parties, Easy66, its employees (including but not limited to its directors, managers, staff, consultants, agents, etc.), affiliated companies, advertisers, and related business partners, including but not limited to the following actions:
1.Publishing or transmitting any defamatory, insulting, threatening, offensive, obscene, false, illegal, or otherwise unlawful text, images, or any form of file on Easy66.
2.Infringing upon the reputation, privacy, trade secrets, trademarks, copyrights, patents, other intellectual property rights, and other rights of others.
3. Violating confidentiality obligations imposed by law or contract.
4. Impersonating others to use Easy66.
5. Transmitting or spreading computer viruses.
6. Engaging in illegal transactions or posting false, misleading, or criminally inciting messages.
7. Selling firearms, drugs, controlled substances, pirated software, or other prohibited items.
8. Engaging in any other activities that Easy66 deems inappropriate for legitimate reasons.
3. Personal Data Protection
To ensure the protection of consumer personal information, privacy, interests, and consumer rights, the following details are provided regarding the collection of personal data during transactions, in accordance with Article 8 of the Personal Data Protection Act:

The collection method is through membership registration or order forms.
2.Types of Personal Data Collected
The personal data collected by the company includes the following:
- C001 Identifiable Personal Information: Name, address, phone number, email, etc.
- C002 Financial Information: Credit card or bank account details, personal income.
- C003 Government Identifiers: National ID number or passport number (for foreign nationals).
- C011 Personal Description: Gender, nationality, date of birth, occupation, education, interests.
- C021 Family Information: Marital status, whether the person has children, etc.
Usage Period, Region, Recipients, and Method
- Period: During the operational period of the company.
- Region: The personal data will be used within Taiwan.

To protect their own interests, members should not disclose or share their account and password with third parties, nor lend or transfer their account to others.

The platform may occasionally experience interruptions, failures, or other issues that could cause inconvenience, loss of data, errors, tampering, or other economic losses. Users should not assume that such issues will not occur and are advised to take necessary precautions. The company is not liable for any damages resulting from the use (or inability to use) the services provided by the platform.

Users are responsible for evaluating and determining the suitability, reliability, timeliness, effectiveness, accuracy, completeness, value, and whether the content infringes upon others’ rights before downloading. 14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
The interpretation and application of this agreement, as well as any disputes related to it, shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan), excluding the application of any conflict-of-law rules. The Taipei District Court of Taiwan shall have exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance.
