- -What are the best practices for assisting clients who use wheelchairs?
In Taiwan, many individuals, businesses, and organizations may not yet be fully prepared for these challenges.
In addition to having "priority seats" on public transportation and handrails in public restrooms, there is still significant room for improvement in the planning of other accessible spaces. With the current state of infrastructure still lacking, there's even more work to be done on the soft aspects of service-oriented support.
EZ66 believes that to effectively welcome an aging society, everyone needs to psychologically experience, understand, and empathize with the needs of elderly individuals. This approach helps create an atmosphere of respect and empathy in society, which in turn facilitates the design of products and environments that truly meet the needs of the elderly.
Therefore, we particularly recommend the "Certified Caregiver Assistant Training Course" offered by the Japan Care Fit Foundation. This course not only covers accessible service training but also provides the opportunity to obtain certification as a Caregiver Assistant, ensuring both practical skills and formal recognition.

This certification has become a trusted symbol for senior citizens in Japan. We hope that in the future, this certification will be visible throughout Taiwan, contributing to making Taiwan a safer and more reassuring place to live.
If you are interested in working in the senior care industry, want to provide more thoughtful services in your current service sector, or wish to design products for the elderly, you are welcome to sign up.
