　Before Use, Please Install the【MyGuardian Care】APP

(1)Download the【MyGuardian Care】APPon the elderly family member’s phone and connect it via Bluetooth to the【 XC-209 Anzhao Little Nurse.】。
(2) Download the MyGuardian Care App on a family member or caregiver's phone and pair it with the app on the elderly family member’s phone.

- If the elderly family member feels unwell or needs assistance, they can press the emergency button (hold for 3 seconds),and the caregiver’s app will receive a notification.
- Even if the elderly family member falls and is unable to press the emergency button, the【XC-209 Anzhao Little Nurse】will automatically detect the incident,and the caregiver’s app will still receive a notification.。

Note: Both the elderly family member’s and the caregiver's phones need to be on (running in the background) to send and receive emergency alerts.
Compatible with Android phones running version 8.1 or higher

Troubleshooting

Q1. When the caregiver’s phone has the Anzhao Little Nurse App running in the background, SOS alerts are not received.

A1. This issue often occurs due to Android settings. Please refer to the link provided for a solution.Solution Guide

Q2. Do caregivers (e.g., friends or family members) also need to install the App?

A2. Yes, the App is necessary for receiving SOS alerts and accessing Life Guardian and Health Guardian information.

Q3. During setup of XC109 or XC209, the elderly person’s phone cannot connect to the tag (necklace device).

A3. There could be two possible reasons:

(Reason 1) The tag is already connected to another phone.
Solution: Disconnect the tag from the previously connected phone by selecting [Disconnect Device] in the App, then reconnect it to the elderly person’s phone.
(Reason 2) Location permissions on the elderly person’s phone are not enabled.
Solution: On the elderly person’s phone, go to [Settings], find [Applications] > Anzhao Little Nurse App > [Location] and set permissions to "Always On."

Q4. A4. XC109, XC209 you need to check your email inbox for a [confirmation] message. Complete the confirmation to log in to the App.
