When an elderly person is home alone and needs assistance, how can they notify family members who don't live with them? Even if a caregiver is present, in an emergency, they might not be within calling range, making it difficult to get help.
The【OTVERSE】Home Care Bell - OTTalk extends the functionality of an emergency call button into a Wi-Fi care bell specifically for the elderly. As long as the Wi-Fi connection is maintained, call notifications can reach anywhere without missing any alerts.
Simple Setup and Operation: By using a mobile app, you can easily connect the OTTalk to the home Wi-Fi network and bind it to the mobile phones of the designated family members or caregivers.
When the elderly or care recipient at home needs help, they don’t have to remember any phone numbers. They only need to press the OTTalk, and it will automatically initiate voice communication, notifying the pre-bound family members or caregivers' phones. When they answer the call, they can engage in two-way communication with the elderly or care recipient.

-
- Why is it that when I press OTTalk OTVERSE or Urban Call, I don't receive incoming call notifications on my phone?
- Please make sure that the power and network connections on both the device and the mobile phone are smooth.
- Device Power: When the OTTalk OTVERSE & Urban Call lights up with a pink warning light, it indicates low battery. If pressing the central button does not produce a 'beep' sound, it means the battery is completely drained. Please replace the AAA alkaline batteries with three new ones.

Please check if the WiFi router is connected to the internet.
*When selecting the Y-KEY OTVERSE button components, we deliberately sought a slightly firmer texture to avoid accidental triggering of notifications. Once the Y-KEY OTVERSE installation is complete, please let the elders test the feel of the button to ensure it can trigger the reports accurately.
- Mobile Network: Please make sure you are connected to WiFi or 4G.

- The one-click setup may fail due to the following reasons:
- lease ensure that the location function (GPS) is enabled. Without it, the network name cannot be automatically imported.
- Please confirm that your WiFi is using the 2.4GHz frequency band. It cannot be set up if using the 5GHz frequency band.
- Please double-check your WiFi password for accuracy.
- Place the OTTalk OTVERSE device as close to your WiFi router as possible. If there are multiple routers in the same space, it may cause network interference and make it difficult for OTTalk OTVERSE to set up. In such cases, it is recommended to switch to manual setup after a failed one-click setup.
- Ensure that your alkaline batteries have over 50% charge, preferably brand new!

- Can't it be used in location B if the Wi-Fi was set up in location A?
- You can use it by changing the Wi-Fi settings of the OTTalk & OTTalk Plus.
