    • Single Leg Training - Slowly lift your left/right leg straight and hold for a few seconds, then slowly lower the leg.
    • Double Leg Training - Slowly lift both legs straight and hold for a few seconds, then slowly lower them.
    • Alternating Leg Training - Slowly lift your left leg straight and hold for a few seconds, then slowly lower it. Repeat with your right leg.
  10. Ending Position:After slowly lowering your legs, lean your back against the seat backrest and adjust your breathing.
  11. Range of Motion:Repeat 10-15 times.
  12. Note:Rest for 30 seconds between cycles.
