By simply pressing the spring pin, you can easily extend the movable guardrail from its base length of 26 inches (66 cm) to 34 inches (86 cm) or 42 inches (106 cm) to prevent falling out of bed at night.
When transferring from the bed to a walker, wheelchair, or bedside toilet, use the bed rail as a safe handle to maintain balance and support. The EZ-adjustable bed rail can support up to 300 pounds.
Minimize the Impact on Bedside Activities
The guardrail can be folded down 180°
By loosening the circular fastening knobs on both support rods, the guardrail can be easily rotated down to one side, allowing for convenient bed sheet changes, making the bed, or caring for loved ones on the bed.
To ensure the guardrail can be fully rotated down, please make sure there is at least a 14-inch (approximately 36 cm) gap between the bottom of the mattress and the floor.

- What types of beds can this product be used with?
- It can be used with most traditional beds that have spring frames, platform frames, or slatted frames. However, it is not suitable for use on electric beds or ultra-soft mattresses.
- What bed sizes can this product be used on?
- It can be used on any bed size from a single bed to an extra-large double bed.
- Can this product be used on an electric bed?
- No, for safety reasons, we do not recommend installing this on an electric bed.
Installing a bed guardrail on a mattress that is too soft significantly increases the risk of entrapment and injury/death!A mattress that is too soft raises the risk of a person's head, arms, or legs getting trapped between the mattress and the rail. Being trapped can lead to injury or even death.
To ensure safe use of this product, apply approximately 12 pounds (about 5.4 kg) of weight with your fist at the edge of the mattress to test its firmness. If the mattress is too soft, it will compress about 2 inches (about 5.1 cm) under the 12-pound (about 5.4 kg) weight. If there are no appropriate safety precautions in place, do not use this product.
